Jaudes is investing more than $1.5 million to purchase
and renovate the former Tong’s Special Foods facility at
10571 Old Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur. Jaudes is transforming the
building into a 7,000 square-foot personal training facility that
will offer expanded amenities, including a hotel-style concierge

new service for teens, young adults and their parents is making
its debut in St. Louis the week of Dec. 8. SafeCar Services
offers prepaid, on-demand and emergency local ground transportation
for a $47.50 annual fee. Members are given a credit card with
a 24-hour toll-free number to call when they need a ride, and
local cab companies St. Louis County Cab and Harris Cab will honor
the card for payment. The Santa Cruz, Calif.-based service was
founded in 2002 by former St. Louisan Edward Hoffman,
and is now available nationwide. For more information, visit www.safecar.com.
