Marquette
Building Sold
The Marquette Building at 314 N. Broadway, long home to the downtown
location of the St. Louis YMCA, has been purchased by TLG Marquette
LLC, which is formed by the principles of The Lawrence
Group. The agreement allows the YMCA, which was the former
owner of the building through a donation from Tahl-Propp Equities,
to remain in the building rent-free. Meanwhile, The Lawrence Group, which
owns and occupies the neighboring Security Building, has full
construction redevelopment plans for the building.
